Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sales Specialist to champion our logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics solutions for emergency dispatch centers across the United States. You will guide 911 PSAPs and municipal leaders toward resilient public safety operations, managing complex engagements and RFP-level work.

The role requires 1+ year of public safety sales or 4+ years in related fields, with knowledge of P25, NG911, and CJIS policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 4+ years in public safety sales.
• 1+ years selling technology to public safety agencies or similar.
• Strong understanding of P25, SIP/VoIP logging, CAD, NG911 i3 standards.
• Familiarity with CJIS security policies and state public record laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex sales engagements with emergency dispatch centers.
• Develop and present consultative security solutions.
• Own RFP responses and manage procurement cycles.
• Forecast revenue and maintain Salesforce hygiene.
• Build relationships with 911 directors and city/county buyers.
