Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sales Specialist to champion logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics solutions for public safety agencies. You will guide emergency dispatch centers through complex software sales, RFP responses, and procurement cycles, targeting 911 PSAPs, IT managers, and municipal decision-makers.

You will lead engagements, develop custom security solutions, and collaborate with major vendors to position integrated offerings, while traveling up to 50% and driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of sales/public safety experience.
• Experience selling tech to public safety agencies preferred.
• CJIS/security compliance knowledge advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed vertical sales quota.
• Penetrate strategic accounts and new logos.
• Forecast revenue with Salesforce hygiene and visibility.
• Design security solutions addressing client goals.
• Build relationships with 911 directors and city procurement.
