Motorola Solutions seeks a Sales Specialist to champion logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics solutions for public safety agencies across the United States. You will guide 911 centers and municipal decision-makers through procurement cycles to build a resilient public safety operations base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of experience in sales or public safety.
• OR 4+ years of experience in sales/public safety roles.
• Industry experience selling technology to public safety agencies preferred.
• Technical acumen in P25, SIP/VoIP logging, CAD integration, NG911 i3 standards.
• Familiarity with CJIS security policies and state retention laws.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed vertical sales quota consistently.
• Penetrate strategic prospect accounts and target new logos.
• Forecast revenue with Salesforce hygiene and regional visibility.
• Design consultative security solutions aligned to client goals.
• Prospect 911 directors, IT managers, and city/county buyers.
• Lead NG911 migrations and RFP responses.
• Collaborate with radio and telephony vendors for integrated solutions.
• Demonstrate capabilities like incident reconstruction and AI analytics.
• Secure long-term RaaS contracts and expand revenue.
