Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to champion logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics for public safety customers. You will guide 911 PSAPs and municipal leaders toward resilient, secure operations and lead complex engagements through procurement cycles.

You will drive quota attainment, build executive relationships, forecast pipelines, and design modern security solutions in collaboration with major vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales, customer success, military or public safety experience.
• 4+ years of experience in sales, customer success, military or public safety.
• Experience selling technology to public safety agencies or municipalities preferred.
• Knowledge of P25, SIP/VoIP logging, CAD integration, NG911 i3 standards.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed the assigned vertical sales quota regularly.
• Penetrate strategic accounts and pursue new logos.
• Forecast revenue pipelines with strong Salesforce hygiene.
• Design consultative security solutions aligned to client goals.
• Prospect 911 directors, IT managers and city/county buyers.
• Lead needs assessments for analog-to-digital migrations and NG911.
• Oversee end-to-end responses for RFPs and RFQs.
• Partner with radio and telephony vendors for integrated solutions.
• Deliver live demos of incident reconstruction and analytics.
• Secure long-term RaaS contracts and expansion revenue.
• Work independently across the United States.
