Motorola Solutions seeks a motivated Sales Specialist to champion logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics for public safety. You will guide 911 PSAPs, dispatch directors, and municipal decision-makers toward modern, resilient operations.

Lead complex engagements, navigate procurement cycles, and build enduring relationships with city buyers. Demonstrate NG911 capabilities and collaborate with radio/telephony vendors to win RaaS contracts.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree with 1+ years of sales/public safety experience.
• OR 4+ years of sales/public safety experience.
• Industry experience: 1+ years selling technology to public safety agencies or municipalities.
• Technical: P25 radio networks, SIP/VoIP logging, CAD integration, and NG911 i3 standards.
• CJIS security policies and state public record retention familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Attain sales quota across assigned verticals.
• Penetrate strategic accounts through complex sales cycles.
• Forecast pipelines with Salesforce hygiene and regional visibility.
• Design consultative security solutions that mitigate risk exposure.
• Identify and build relationships with 911 directors and city/county buyers.
• Lead NG911 readiness discussions and analog-to-digital migrations.
• Own end-to-end responses for government bids (RFPs/RFQs).
• Collaborate with major radio and telephony vendors for integrated solutions.
• Conduct live demonstrations of incident reconstruction and analytics.
• Secure long-term RaaS contracts and expansion revenue.
