Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sales Specialist to champion mission-critical logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics solutions for public safety. You will guide 911 PSAPs, dispatch directors, and municipal decision-makers toward resilient future-ready operations.

You will lead complex engagements, navigate municipal procurement cycles, and collaborate with major vendors to position integrated public-safety solutions and secure long-term RaaS contracts.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of P25 radio networks, SIP/VoIP logging, and CAD integration.
• Experience with NG911 i3 standards and CJIS security policies.
• Knowledge of state public record retention laws is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Quota attainment for vertical sales in emergency dispatch environments.
• Strategic account penetration and pursuit of new logos.
• Forecasting revenue pipelines with Salesforce hygiene and regional visibility.
• Design of modern security solutions to meet client goals.
• Engage 911 directors, IT managers, and city/county purchasing agents.
• Lead RFP responses and support government bid processes.
• Partner with radio and telephony vendors for integrated solutions.
• Deliver live demonstrations of logging, analytics, and QA features.
• Manage long-term Recording as a Service contracts.
