Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sales Specialist to champion our logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics solutions for public safety agencies. You will guide 911 PSAPs and municipal leaders toward resilient, modern dispatch operations.

You will lead complex engagements, navigate procurement cycles, and partner with major vendors to position integrated solutions. Travel up to 50% in your region is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 1+ years in sales/public safety or related fields, or 4+ years in sales/public safety.
• Experience selling technology to public safety agencies or municipalities is preferred.
• Strong understanding of public safety technology and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Quota attainment for vertical sales in emergencyDispatch sector.
• Penetrate strategic accounts and lead complex sales engagements.
• Forecast revenue pipelines with Salesforce hygiene and regional visibility.
• Design consultative security solutions tailored to client goals.
• Identify and engage 911 directors and city/county buyers.
• Lead RFP responses and coordinate ecosystem partnerships.
