Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to champion logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics solutions for emergency response agencies. You will guide 911 PSAPs and city decision-makers, leading complex sales in regulated public safety ecosystems.

Responsibilities include quota attainment, strategic account penetration, and end-to-end RFP excellence while partnering with major radio and telephony vendors to drive long-term contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1+ year in sales/public safety acceptable.
• 4+ years in sales/public safety acceptable as alternative.
• Experience selling technology to public safety agencies preferred.
• Knowledge of P25/SIP/NG911 standards is a plus.
• Familiarity with CJIS security policies or related laws.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed your vertical sales quota consistently.
• Penetrate strategic accounts and acquire new logos.
• Forecast revenue with strong Salesforce hygiene and visibility.
• Design consultative security solutions aligned to client goals.
• Lead RFPs, RFQs and complex government bids end-to-end.
• Collaborate with major vendors to position integrated solutions.
• Deliver live product demonstrations and articulate value.
