Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sales Specialist to champion logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics solutions for emergency response agencies. You will guide 911 PSAPs, dispatch directors, and municipal leaders toward resilient public safety operations.

You will lead complex sales engagements, navigate procurement cycles, and partner with major vendors to position integrated solutions, driving long-term RaaS contracts and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years in sales/public safety.
• 4+ years in sales/public safety preferred.
• Technical acumen: P25, SIP/VoIP logging, NG911 i3 standards.
• CJIS security policies familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales quota in assigned vertical.
• Penetrate strategic accounts and lead complex sales.
• Forecast revenue pipelines with Salesforce hygiene.
• Design modern security solutions to mitigate risk.
• Identify and build relationships with 911 and city officials.
• Conduct needs assessments for NG911 readiness.
