Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to champion logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics solutions for emergency response agencies. You will guide 911 PSAPs, dispatch directors, and municipal decision-makers toward building resilient public safety operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1+ years of sales/public safety experience or 4+ years in sales/public safety
• Experience selling technology to public safety agencies or municipalities preferred
• Strong knowledge of CJIS security policies and state public record laws

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed vertical sales quota
• Penetrate strategic accounts with complex sales efforts
• Forecast revenue pipelines with Salesforce hygiene
• Design modern security solutions aligned to client goals
• Identify relationships with 911 directors and city purchasing agents
• Lead needs assessments for analog-to-digital migrations and NG911 readiness
• Manage end-to-end responses for government bids and RFPs
• Collaborate with radio and telephony vendors for integrated solutions
• Demonstrate software capabilities including analytics and QA
• Secure long-term RaaS contracts and expand services
• Operate effectively across the United States in region-based duties
