Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sales Specialist to champion logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics solutions for public safety agencies across the region. You will guide 911 PSAPs, dispatch directors, and municipal leaders through complex procurement cycles and trusted partnerships.

You will drive quota attainment, penetrate strategic accounts, and forecast pipelines using Salesforce while articulating the value of Recording as a Service and NG911 readiness.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ year sales/public safety experience.
• OR 4+ years of sales/public safety experience (industry experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of P25, SIP/VoIP logging, CAD integration, and NG911 i3 standards.
• Familiarity with CJIS security policies and state public record laws.

Mansioni

• Achieve or exceed assigned vertical sales quota.
• Penetrate target accounts and lead complex sales engagements.
• Forecast revenue pipelines with strong Salesforce hygiene.
• Design security solutions aligned to client goals.
• Identify relationships with 911 directors, IT managers, and purchasing agents.
• Conduct needs assessments for NG911 readiness.
• Deliver live demos of incident reconstruction, QA, and AI speech analytics.
• Secure long-term RaaS contracts and expansion revenue.
