Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sales Specialist to champion logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics solutions for emergency response agencies. You will guide 911 PSAPs and municipal decision-makers toward resilient public safety operations, leading complex engagements and navigating procurement cycles.

You will drive quota attainment, build strategic relationships, forecast pipelines, and lead RFP responses while partnering with major vendors to position integrated solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to public safety agencies or local government.
• Strong understanding of procurement cycles and RFP processes.
• Experience with CRM tools and complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Attain sales quotas consistently with transparency.
• Penetrate strategic accounts and acquire new logos.
• Forecast revenue pipelines with Salesforce hygiene.
• Design security solutions aligned to client goals.
• Build relationships with 911 directors and IT managers.
• Lead needs assessments for NG911 readiness.
• Own end-to-end responses for government bids.
• Collaborate with radio and telephony vendors for integrations.
• Deliver live demonstrations of incident reconstruction and analytics.
• Secure long-term RaaS contracts and expand systems.
• Work across the US in a productive, independent manner.
