Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sales Specialist to champion logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics solutions for emergency dispatch centers. You will lead multi-faceted sales engagements, navigate procurement cycles, and build strategic partnerships with municipal decision-makers.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in sales or public safety or 4+ years in these fields, with knowledge of P25, SIP/VoIP logging, CAD integration, and CJIS security policies. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 1+ years of sales, customer success, military and/or public safety experience OR 4+ years of experience in these areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex sales engagements within emergency dispatch centers.
• Navigate municipal procurement cycles and regulated ecosystems.
• Identify and build relationships with 911 directors, IT managers, and city/county purchasing agents.
• Conduct deep needs assessments regarding analog-to-digital migrations and NG911 readiness.
• Present software capabilities like incident reconstruction, screen recording, QA evaluation, and AI speech analytics.
• Secure long-term RaaS contracts and expand system revenue.
