Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sales Specialist to champion logging, incident reconstruction and analytics solutions for public safety agencies. You will guide 911 PSAPs and municipal decision-makers toward modern dispatch operations.

You will lead complex sales engagements, manage procurement cycles, and coordinate with ecosystem partners, with up to 50% travel. Public safety tech sales and enterprise software background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field or equivalent public safety experience.
• 1+ year of public safety sales or related experience preferred.
• Deep understanding of public safety technologies and procurement processes.
• Familiarity with CJIS security policies is advantageous.
• Experience selling to municipal agencies or public safety organizations.

Responsibilities

• Quota attainment and transparent sales performance throughout the fiscal year.
• Penetrate strategic accounts and acquire new logos in the public safety sector.
• Forecast pipelines and maintain Salesforce hygiene and visibility.
• Design consultative security solutions aligned to client goals.
• Lead RFPs/RFQs end-to-end and manage vendor collaborations.
