Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a high-energy Sales Specialist to drive growth in public safety tech across emergency dispatch centers. You will lead complex engagements, guide procurement cycles, and partner with city and county stakeholders to deliver logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics solutions.

The role emphasizes strong domain knowledge in public safety tech, CJIS compliance, and a track record of quota achievement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ year of sales/public safety experience, or 4+ years in sales/public safety.
• Experience selling to public safety agencies, local governments, or municipalities preferred.
• Familiarity with CJIS security policies and state retention laws.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales quota consistently.
• Penetrate strategic accounts and acquire new logos.
• Forecast revenue with accurate Salesforce hygiene.
• Analyze client goals and design modern security solutions.
• Build relationships with 911 directors, IT managers, and purchasing agents.
• Assess needs for analog-to-digital migrations and NG911 readiness.
• Deliver live demonstrations of incident reconstruction, QA, and analytics.
• Secure long-term RaaS contracts and expand system revenue.
