Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist with a passion for mission-critical technology to champion our logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics solutions for emergency dispatch centers.

You will lead complex sales engagements, guide public safety agencies through procurement cycles, and build relationships with 911 directors and IT managers to drive long-term contracts and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1+ years of sales, customer success, military and/or public safety experience, or 4+ years of sales, customer success, military and/or public safety experience.
• Industry experience selling technology to public safety agencies, local governments, or municipalities preferred.
• Strong understanding of P25 radio networks, SIP/VoIP logging, CAD integration, and NG911 i3 standards.
• Familiarity with CJIS security policies and state public record retention laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex sales engagements within emergency dispatch centers.
• Navigate municipal procurement cycles and regulated ecosystems to win contracts.
• Build relationships with 911 directors, IT managers, and city/county purchasing agents.
• Present and demonstrate logging, incident reconstruction, QA, and analytics capabilities.
