Zusammenfassung

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sales Specialist to champion logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics solutions for emergency dispatch centers. You will guide 911 PSAPs and municipal leaders through complex procurement cycles, driving growth through strategic account penetration and long-term RaaS contracts.

You will travel up to 50% in your region and pursue quota attainment while leveraging deep product knowledge to tailor modern security solutions for public safety.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 1+ years in sales/public safety or 4+ years in sales/public safety.
• Experience selling technology to public safety agencies or municipalities is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Meet or exceed regional sales quota in assigned markets.
• Penetrate strategic accounts and lead complex sales engagements.
• Forecast revenue with Salesforce and maintain regional visibility.
• Build relationships with 911 directors, IT managers, and purchasing agents.
• Conduct needs assessments for analog-to-digital migrations and NG911 readiness.
• Deliver live demonstrations of software capabilities (incident reconstruction, screen recording, QA, AI speech analytics).
• Secure long-term RaaS contracts and expand system revenue.
