Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sales Specialist for our Logging Recorder sales team to champion advanced logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics solutions for emergency response agencies. You will lead complex engagements with 911 PSAPs and municipal buyers, guiding procurement through regulatory processes and building long-term RaaS contracts.

You will demonstrate software capabilities such as incident reconstruction, screen recording, QA evaluation, and AI speech analytics, while

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree with 1+ years of experience in sales, customer success, military and/or public safety experience
• OR 4+ years of experience in sales, customer success, military and/or public safety experience
• Industry Experience: 1+ years selling technology to public safety agencies, local governments, or municipalities
• Technical Acumen: P25, SIP/VoIP logging, CAD integration, NG911 i3 standards
• CJIS security policies and state public record retention familiarity

Responsibilities

• Quota attainment and target achievement in assigned verticals
• Strategic account penetration and new logo acquisition
• Pipeline forecasting with Salesforce hygiene
• Understand client goals and design modern security solutions
• Identify relationships with 911 directors, IT managers, and purchasing agents
• Conduct needs assessments on analog-to-digital migrations and NG911 readiness
• Live demonstrations of incident reconstruction, screen recording, QA evaluation, and AI speech analytics
• Contract management and long-term RaaS revenue growth
