Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Clayton, NC, is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist for mission-critical logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics solutions. You will guide emergency response agencies, including 911 PSAPs, through procurement cycles, helping them build modern public safety architectures.

You will lead complex engagements, target new logos, forecast pipelines, and demonstrate capabilities such as incident reconstruction and AI speech analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree with 1+ years of sales, customer success, military or public safety experience.
• OR 4+ years of experience in sales, customer success, military or public safety.
• Experience selling technology to public safety agencies or local government preferred.
• Strong understanding of P25, SIP/VoIP logging, CAD integration, NG911 i3 standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex sales engagements within emergency dispatch centers.
• Penetrate strategic accounts and target new logos.
• Forecast revenue pipelines with accurate Salesforce hygiene.
• Design security solutions aligned to client goals and risk reduction.
• Build relationships with 911 directors and city/county purchasers.
