Job summary

Motorola Solutions is hiring a Sales Specialist to lead mission-critical logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics solutions for emergency dispatch centers. You will guide 911 PSAPs and municipal decision-makers toward resilient public safety operations, managing end-to-end engagements and government bid responses.

You will travel up to 50% and collaborate with major vendors, delivering live demos and strategic solutions while growing revenue across regional markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ years in sales or public safety experience
• OR 4+ years in sales/public safety experience
• Industry experience with public safety agencies preferred

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed vertical sales quota with consistency
• Penetrate strategic accounts and lead complex sales efforts
• Forecast revenue pipelines with Salesforce hygiene
• Understand client goals and design modern security solutions
• Identify and build relationships with 911 directors and city/county buyers
• Lead needs assessments for NG911 readiness
• Lead end-to-end responses for government bids
• Collaborate with major radio and telephony vendors for integrated solutions
• Conduct live demonstrations of incident reconstruction and analytics
• Secure long-term RaaS contracts and expansion revenue
• Work independently across the United States
