Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to champion logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics solutions for public safety. You will serve as a trusted advisor to 911 centers, IT directors, and municipal buyers, leading complex engagements and driving quota attainment.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years in sales/public safety or 4+ years in related experience; willing to travel up to 50%. Base salary ranges from $65,000 to $95,000 USD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ years in sales, customer success, military and/or public safety experience OR 4+ years in sales, customer success, military and/or public safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales quotas in the public safety sector.
• Penetrate new logos and lead complex engagements across regions.
• Forecast revenue pipelines with Salesforce hygiene and visibility.
• Understand client goals and design security solutions to mitigate risk.
• Identify and build relationships with 911 directors and city/county purchasers.
• Conduct needs assessments for analog-to-digital migrations and NG911 readiness.
• Deliver live demonstrations of logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics.
• Secure long-term Recording as a Service (RaaS) contracts and expansion revenue.
