Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to champion logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics for emergency response agencies. You will guide 911 PSAPs, dispatch directors, and municipal decision-makers toward a resilient foundation for modern public safety operations.

You will lead complex engagements, navigate municipal procurement, and drive long-term RaaS contracts, with up to 50% travel in the region and a base pay range aligned to market norms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 1+ years in sales, customer success, or public safety OR 4+ years in same fields.
• Industry experience selling technology to public safety agencies, local governments, or municipalities preferred
• CJIS security policies and state public record retention laws familiarity helpful

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales quota in assigned vertical.
• Penetrate strategic accounts and acquire new logos.
• Forecast revenue with Salesforce hygiene and regional visibility.
• Conduct consultative design of security solutions to mitigate risk.
• Engage with 911 directors, IT managers, and city/county buyers.
• Lead RFP responses for government bids and RFQs.
• Collaborate with radio and telephony vendors for integrated solutions.
