Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Sales Specialist to champion logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics for emergency dispatch centers across the United States. You will guide 911 PSAPs and municipal leaders to build a resilient foundation for modern public safety operations.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end sales engagements, coordinate government bidding processes, and nurture relationships with federal and municipal decision-makers. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent public safety sales experience.
• 3+ years selling technology to public safety agencies, local governments, or municipalities.
• Experience with federal procurement processes and government bids.
• Solid understanding of CJIS policies and NG911 standards.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed assigned vertical sales quota with consistent, repeatable performance.
• Lead end-to-end technical bid responses for federal solicitations (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs).
• Target new logos and lead complex sales engagements with public safety agencies.
• Guide federal program managers and contracting officers through procurement cycles to achieve operational readiness.
• Accurately forecast revenue pipelines and maintain Salesforce hygiene.
