Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sales Specialist to champion logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics for emergency response agencies in the United States. You will guide 911 centers and municipal leaders toward modern public safety solutions, balancing strategic account penetration with complex procurement cycles.

Travel up to 50% is expected as you build trusted partnerships with directors, IT managers, and purchasing agents, driving long-term RaaS contracts and incremental revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 1+ year in sales, customer success, military and/or public safety experience or 4+ years in those areas.
• Experience selling technology to public safety agencies, local governments, or municipalities preferred.
• Strong understanding of P25 radio networks, SIP/VoIP logging, CAD integration, and NG911 i3 standards.
• Familiarity with CJIS security policies and state public record retention laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex sales engagements with emergency dispatch centers and public safety organizations.
• Identify and build relationships with 911 directors, IT managers, and purchasing agents.
• Forecast pipeline and maintain Salesforce hygiene and regional visibility.
• Demonstrate software capabilities including incident reconstruction, screen recording, QA evaluation, and analytics.
• Secure long-term RaaS contracts and expansion revenue.
