Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sales Specialist to lead complex, mission-critical technology sales to 911 PSAPs and municipal agencies. You will drive strategic account penetration, manage pipelines in Salesforce, and tailor security solutions to meet public safety goals while navigating procurement cycles.

The role requires 1+ year in sales or 4+ years in related fields, with travel up to 50% and knowledge of P25, NG911 standards, and CJIS policies.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree with 1+ years in sales, customer success, military or public safety
• OR 4+ years in sales, customer success, military or public safety
• Industry experience selling tech to public safety agencies or local government
• Strong understanding of P25, SIP/VoIP logging, CAD integration, NG911 i3 standards
• Familiarity with CJIS security policies and state public records laws

Responsabilidades

• Achieve or exceed assigned vertical sales quota
• Penetrate strategic accounts with complex sales cycles
• Forecast revenue with accurate pipeline and Salesforce hygiene
• Understand client goals and tailor modern security solutions
• Build relationships with 911 directors, IT managers, and purchasing agents
• Conduct needs assessments for NG911 readiness and migrations
• Present capabilities: incident reconstruction, screen recording, QA evaluation, AI speech analytics
• Secure long-term RaaS contracts and expansion revenue
