Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sales Specialist to lead complex engagements with emergency dispatch centers. You will guide 911 directors and city officials, align security solutions with public safety goals, and drive long-term RaaS contracts.

The role requires knowledge of P25, SIP/VoIP logging, CAD integration, and NG911 standards, with 1+ year in public safety tech sales or 4+ years in related sales. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of experience in sales, customer success, military and/or public safety experience.
• OR 4+ years of experience in sales, customer success, military and/or public safety experience.
• Industry experience: 1+ years selling technology directly to public safety agencies, local governments, or municipalities preferred.
• Technical acumen includes P25 radio networks, SIP/VoIP logging, CAD integration, and NG911 i3 standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex sales engagements within emergency dispatch centers.
• Navigate municipal procurement cycles and regulated ecosystems to grow revenue.
• Identify and build relationships with 911 directors, IT managers, and city/county purchasing agents.
• Present software capabilities such as incident reconstruction, screen recording, QA evaluation, and AI speech analytics.
• Secure long-term RaaS contracts and expansion opportunities.
