Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sales Specialist to champion logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics for emergency dispatch centers. You will guide 911 PSAPs and municipal decision-makers toward resilient public safety operations, leading complex engagements through regulated procurement cycles.

You will conduct needs assessments, present software capabilities (recording, QA, AI analytics), and drive long-term RaaS contracts while collaborating with major vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ year in sales, customer success, military and/or public safety, or 4+ years in related field.
• Experience selling to public safety agencies, municipalities, or local governments is preferred.
• Familiarity with CJIS security policies and state public record retention laws.
• Strong technical understanding of P25, logging, and NG911 standards.

Responsabilités

• Achieve or exceed vertical sales quota on a consistent basis.
• Penetrate strategic accounts and lead complex sales engagements.
• Forecast revenue pipelines with excellent Salesforce hygiene and visibility.
• Design consultative security solutions aligned to client goals.
• Identify and engage 911 directors and city/county purchasing agents.
