Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a top-performing, technical sales professional to sell our public safety software solutions to new customers while building strong customer relationships. The role targets large cities and counties within New Mexico and Nevada, with travel up to 50% of the time, and a base salary range highlighted below.

The position is part of the Software Enterprise Sales team, offering a comprehensive benefits package and strong commission potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of sales, customer success, project management, military and/or public safety experience.
• OR 8+ years of sales, customer success, project management, military and/or public safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell Motorola's computer aided dispatch, records management, jail management, evidence management, analytics, and situational awareness solutions to new customers.
• Operate as hunter to capture new business in large-tier agencies across NM and NV.
• Develop customer relationships via calls, visits, demos, and regional events.
• Coordinate opportunities with state and local officials on multi-jurisdictional projects.
