Zusammenfassung

Motorola Solutions seeks an Account Executive who will lead mission-critical sales engagements in emergency dispatch and public safety markets. You will guide city and county decision-makers toward scalable logging, analytics, and NG911-ready solutions.

Responsibilities include steering multi-layer government procurements, delivering live product demonstrations, and closing long-term RaaS contracts while maintaining strong partner ecosystems.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience in sales, customer success, military and/or public safety experience.
• OR 6+ years of experience in sales, customer success, military and/or public safety experience.
• Industry experience selling technology to public safety agencies, local governments, or municipalities preferred.
• Strong understanding of P25 radio networks, SIP/VoIP logging, CAD integration, and NG911 i3 standards.

• Quota attainment across assigned verticals with transparent tracking.
• Penetrate strategic accounts and lead multi-stage government sales cycles.
• Forecast revenue pipelines with accurate Salesforce data.
• Design consultative security solutions to meet client goals and mitigate risk.
