Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a top-performing, technically savvy sales professional to sell our public safety software solutions to new customers. You will develop and maintain strong customer relationships while driving revenue in the New Mexico and Nevada markets.

This hunter role requires experience with complex, long sales cycles and multi‑level stakeholders. Travel up to 50% across the territory, with base salary in the $90k–$105k range and strong on‑target earnings potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of sales, customer success, project management, military and/or public safety experience.
• OR 8+ years of sales, customer success, project management, military and/or public safety experience.
• Experience selling to multiple levels, project stakeholders, and committees a plus.
• Experience with large-ticket products having long sales cycles beneficial.
• Ability to qualify strength and viability of opportunities throughout dynamic sales process.

Responsibilities

• Sell Motorola's public safety software solutions to new customers.
• Operate as a hunter role targeting large cities and counties within the territory.
• Build customer relationships via calls, visits, demos, and regional user groups.
• Coordinate with state and local officials on multi‑jurisdictional projects and procurement processes.
