Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks an Account Executive to champion logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics solutions for emergency response agencies. You will advise 911 PSAPs, dispatch directors, and municipal decision-makers, guiding them toward a resilient foundation for modern public safety operations.

In this role you will lead complex sales within emergency dispatch centers, navigate procurement cycles, and drive long-term RaaS contracts while partnering with vendors in the public safety

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales, customer success, or public safety; or 6+ years total experience.
• Experience selling to public safety agencies or local governments.
• Strong knowledge of P25, SIP/VoIP logging, CAD integration, NG911 i3.
• Familiarity with CJIS security policies and state public record retention laws.
• Proven success navigating long government sales cycles (6–18 months).

Responsibilities

• Quota attainment for vertical sales in assigned region.
• Penetrate strategic accounts with complex sales cycles.
• Forecast revenue with Salesforce hygiene and regional visibility.
• Design consultative security solutions for client goals.
• Engage 911 directors, IT managers, and purchasing agents.
• Lead NG911 readiness discussions and analog-to-digital migrations.
• Lead end-to-end RFP responses.
• Collaborate with major vendors for integrated solutions.
• Deliver live demonstrations of software capabilities and analytics.
• Secure long-term RaaS contracts and expansion revenue.
• Operate across the United States.
