Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Software Application Specialist Manager to lead a team deploying public safety and command center software within complex ecosystems. You will partner with ESI Lab leadership to test upgrade migrations and ensure timely product lifecycle communication across teams.

The role involves coordinating training, UAT, and stakeholder updates while ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and project schedules. Travel flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in one of the following: Public Safety, Business Analysis, Field Service, CAD, Record Management Systems, and Jail Applications.
• Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customer.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to manage deployment processes of public safety software suites.
• Collaborate with CCSW Contracts team to interpret contractual responsibilities.
• Coordinate training and UAT for software implementations.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee CCSW HW/SW platform migration tasks per customer contracts.
