Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Software Application Specialist Manager to lead a team that deploys public safety software within complex ecosystems. You will manage migration and upgrade paths, ensuring timely delivery and strong collaboration with CCSW Contracts and ESI Lab leadership.

You will oversee discovery, process optimization, training, UAT, and stakeholder communications while maintaining a focus on contract scope, budget, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Public Safety, Business Analysis, Field Service, CAD, RMS, or jail applications.
• Must be a self-motivated team player with guidance toward objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, business process reviews, and documentation of findings.
• Evaluate and tailor configuration of Motorola's mission‑critical software to improve efficiency.
• Facilitate business process reengineering and lead workshops for new processes.
• Design, develop, and deliver training curricula for new implementations.
• Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing with customers.
• Act as liaison between technical teams and project managers to meet customer needs.
• Ensure on-schedule delivery of CCSW HW/SW platform migration tasks per contracts.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and improve processes for contract delivery.
