Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Software Application Specialist Manager to lead a team responsible for deploying public safety software within complex ecosystems. You will drive requirements gathering, testing, and deployment strategies to ensure seamless integration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Public Safety IT and/or project management roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Software Application Specialists in deployment processes for public safety software.
• Coordinate upgrade migrations and testing with ESI Lab leadership.
• Collaborate with CCSW Contracts to meet contractual obligations.
• Manage stakeholder communications and deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
• Provide training development and UAT facilitation.
