Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Software Application Specialist Manager to lead a team responsible for deploying Motorola's public safety and command center software within complex ecosystems. You will coordinate with ESI Lab leadership to ensure upgrade migrations are tested and communicated across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include discovery, process analysis, and training design, plus facilitating UAT and collaborating with CCSW Contracts to meet contract requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in one of the following: Public Safety, Business Analysis, Field Service, CAD- Computer Aided Dispatch, Record Management Systems, and Jail Applications.
• Must be a self-motivated team player able to work effectively with general guidance toward objectives.

Responsibilities

• Information Gathering and Discovery: lead efforts to conduct assessments, business process reviews, and discovery events to understand customer processes in Public Safety agencies.
• Analytical Evaluation and Recommendations: evaluate processes to identify improvements and tailor configurations of Motorola's software solutions.
• Business Process Reengineering: facilitate initiatives by analyzing workflows and leading workshops to develop new processes.
• Training Development and Orientation: design, develop, and deliver training materials to ensure end-user engagement for new implementations.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Facilitation: lead UAT processes, ensure requirements are met and document results against the Functional Requirements Matrix.
