Job summary

Motorola Solutions is hiring an experienced Software Application Specialist Manager in the United States. You will lead a team deploying public safety software across complex ecosystems, coordinate discovery and training, and ensure successful UAT and stakeholder communication.

You will collaborate with engineers, project managers, and contracts teams to deliver on contracts, manage migrations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Public Safety, IT, or related fields.
• Ability to obtain background clearance and work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Software Application Specialists during deployment of public safety software.
• Coordinate discovery, business process reviews, and documentation for customers.
• Evaluate and optimize configurations of mission-critical software solutions.
• Develop and deliver training materials and conduct user training sessions.
• Facilitate UAT and ensure requirements are met and documented.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and CCSW Contracts teams.
• Communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders with clear presentations.
• Oversee CCSW hardware/software migration tasks per contract and ensure on-schedule delivery.
