Qualifications

• 3+ years in Public Safety, BA, CAD, or jail apps experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Public Safety IT background.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of public safety software in complex ecosystems.
• Coordinate discovery, evaluation and reengineering of processes.
• Develop training materials and facilitate UAT with customers.
• Liaise with engineers and project managers to meet customer needs.
• Travel 50-75% to support on-site engagements.
