Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Command Center projects from initiation to closure. You will own master plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management, coordinating with customers and internal teams to deliver mission-critical deployments.

The role includes up to 50% travel within the Southeast, with a target base salary range of $110,000–$120,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of experience in project management OR 5+ years in PM
• PMP and/ or CAPM strongly desired
• Experience with Public Safety communications systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from Initiation through Closing per PMBOK
• Develop and maintain Master Project Plan and change control
• Lead scheduling, budget, and risk management activities
• Serve as primary POC for customers and stakeholders
• Ensure QA compliance and project hand-offs to Support
