Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex deployment programs for public safety communications. You will manage the full lifecycle from Initiation through Closing, coordinating with customers and internal teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years of PM experience or 5+ years managing external deployments, PMP/CAPM, and strong scheduling, risk, and financial oversight.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience or 5+ years in PM with external customers.
• PMP and/or CAPM strongly desired.
• Experience with Public Safety communications systems is a plus.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools (MS Project, Smartsheets, etc.).
• Customer-focused with strong financial and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from Initiation through Closing following PMBOK standards.
• Develop and maintain Master Project Plan and schedule baselines.
• Monitor budgets, revenue recognition, margins and cash flow.
