Motorola Solutions seeks a Sales Specialist to champion our logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics solutions for emergency response agencies. You will guide 911 PSAPs and municipal decision-makers toward resilient, modern public safety operations.

As a key driver of growth, you will own complex deals, lead end-to-end bids, and align with DoD and civilian markets. Travel up to 50% and close collaboration with regional teams are expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 1+ year in sales/public safety, or 4+ years in sales/public safety
• Experience selling to public safety agencies, or local governments/m municipalities (3+ years)
• Strong understanding of P25, NG911, and CJIS requirements

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end sales engagements for emergency dispatch centers and federal solicitations
• Forecast revenue pipelines with Salesforce hygiene and regional visibility
• Develop relationships with 911 directors, IT managers, and city purchasing agents
• Navigate government procurement cycles to achieve operational readiness
• Target federal civilian DoD and military public safety accounts
• Lead technical bid responses for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs
