Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States seeks an Account Executive for Logging Recorder (Federal) to lead mission-critical sales with emergency response agencies across federal and civilian markets. You will drive end-to-end bids, build relationships with DoD and civilian agencies, and navigate procurement cycles to secure long-term RaaS contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree with 1+ years of experience in sales, customer success, military and/or public safety experience.
• OR 4+ years of experience in sales, customer success, military and/or public safety experience.
• Industry Experience: 3+ years selling technology directly to public safety agencies, local governments, or municipalities.
• Technical Acumen: Understanding of P25, SIP/VoIP, CAD integration, and NG911 i3 standards.
• Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with CJIS policies and state public record retention laws.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed assigned vertical sales quota.
• Lead end-to-end technical bid responses for federal solicitations (RFPs/RFIs/RFQs).
• Target new logos and lead complex sales in public safety markets.
• Guide program managers through government procurement cycles.
• Forecast revenue pipelines and maintain Salesforce hygiene.
• Position integrated security solutions addressing client goals.
