Motorola Solutions is seeking an Account Executive for Logging Recorder (Federal) to drive complex sales across federal and civilian markets. You will champion mission-critical logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics solutions to emergency response agencies, guiding procurement cycles and DoD/civilian engagements.

• Bachelor's degree required with 1+ year of sales, customer success, military and/or public safety experience or 4+ years in those areas.
• 3+ years selling technology to public safety agencies, local governments, or municipalities.
• Strong understanding of P25, SIP/VoIP logging, CAD integration, and NG911 i3 standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end federal bid responses (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs) for defense and civilian markets.
• Penetrate strategic accounts by targeting new logos and managing complex sales cycles.
• Forecast revenue accurately and maintain Salesforce hygiene and regional visibility.
• Build relationships with 911 directors, IT managers, and city purchasing agents to drive opportunities.
