Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an Account Executive focused on Logging Recorder for federal public-safety customers in the DMV region. You will drive end-to-end sales engagements, lead formal government bids, and coordinate with agencies to deliver mission-critical logging, reconstruction, and analytics solutions.

The role requires navigating procurement cycles, maintaining Salesforce hygiene, and building strategic partnerships with OEMs and agencies across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1+ years of sales, customer success, or public safety experience OR 4+ years in sales, customer success, military, public safety.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed assigned vertical sales quota.
• Lead end-to-end technical bid responses for federal solicitations (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs).
• Target new logos and lead complex sales in public safety and federal accounts.
• Forecast revenue pipelines with Salesforce hygiene and regional visibility.
• Identify and build relationships with 911 directors, IT managers, and city/county purchasing agents.
• Present software capabilities like incident reconstruction and analytics.
• Secure long-term RaaS contracts and expand revenue.
