Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an Account Executive for Logging Recorder (Federal) to lead mission-critical public safety sales across federal and civilian markets. You will drive end-to-end bid responses, guide procurement cycles, and collaborate with emergency response agencies to deliver secure recording and analytics solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1+ years of experience in sales, customer success, military and/or public safety experience, OR 4+ years of experience in those areas.
• Industry Experience: 3+ years selling technology directly to public safety agencies, local governments, or municipalities.
• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of P25 radio networks, SIP/VoIP logging, CAD integration, and NG911 i3 standards.
• CJIS security policies familiarity and state public-record retention laws knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed assigned vertical sales quota with consistent performance.
• Lead end-to-end technical bid responses for federal solicitations (RFPs/RFIs/RFQs).
• Target new logos and lead complex sales to penetrate strategic prospect accounts.
• Guide federal program managers, contracting officers, and agency directors through government procurement cycles.
• Accurately forecast revenue pipelines and maintain Salesforce hygiene.
