Job summary

Knowledge Services seeks an Eligibility Assistant in Seymour, Indiana to support the FSSA Division of Family Resources by handling front desk duties, collecting paperwork, and assisting clients applying for TANF, SNAP and Medicaid.

You will welcome visitors, review client information, assist with computer applications, schedule appointments, and scan documents, delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining daily activity reports in a 37.5-hour week, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to all clients
