Knowledge Services is seeking an Eligibility Specialist to assist Indiana residents applying for public assistance, including TANF, SNAP, and Medicaid. The role involves data gathering, verification, and data entry for the state programs, with a Monday–Friday schedule and 37.5 hours per week.

Located in Crown Point, IN, the position offers an extensive training program and opportunities to impact the community.

Responsabilidades

• Gather data for all relevant assistance programs face-to-face or via phone.
• Verify information meets state policies.
• Obtain release forms and medical records as needed.
• Verify income, assets, and other documents.
• Review regulations and program requirements with clients.
• Use automated program to determine eligibility for state programs.
• Data entry into state database.
• Respond to inquiries via phone or email.
