Job summary

National Fitness Partners is hiring a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our Planet Fitness franchise family. The position supports member inquiries, onboarding of new members, POS transactions, and in-club experiences that emphasize our Judgement Free fitness philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Part- Time: Starting at $15 per hour.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.
