Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is hiring a Customer Service Representative. Full-time role with starting pay of $15 per hour, with increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months thereafter.

You will deliver a superior Judgement Free member experience, answer phones, greet and sign up members, and process purchases. The team emphasizes accountability, drive, passion, and ambition, with benefits like PTO, health options, 401k, and a free employee Black Card.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones using information script.
• Greet members, sign up new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote our fitness instruction classes to our members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
