Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Hadley, MA. The role focuses on delivering a Judgement Free member experience and handling inquiries, sign-ups, and tours at a busy club.

You will answer phones, greet members, process purchases, promote fitness classes, and keep the club clean and safe. We offer growth opportunities, competitive pay with scheduled raises, PTO, health insurance options, a 401K with employer match, and

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Job description

Full - Time: Starting at $15 per hour.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.
