Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is hiring a Part-time Closer to support member services at our Circleville clubs. You will help members sign up, greet guests, and guide them through amenities to ensure a welcoming, Judgement Free environment.

Responsibilities include answering phones, processing signups and purchases at the point of sale, promoting fitness instruction classes, and keeping the club clean and safe.

• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the point of sale.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.

Job description

Part- Time Closer: Starting at $12 per hour.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Schedule: Fridays 1-9:15pm; Saturdays and Sundays noon-7:15pm

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
